There’s No Getting Out of It 非...不可
The report is due tonight, and you have not finished it. 非……不可 makes the need sound firm: the action has to happen, with no real alternative. The pattern can emphasize the action itself or the person required for it.
下班前，我非把这份报告写完不可。
xiàbān qián, wǒ fēi bǎ zhè fèn bàogào xiě wán bùkě.
I absolutely have to finish this report before work ends.
这件事非他不可。
zhè jiàn shì fēi tā bùkě.
This matter absolutely requires him.
去机场接客人，我们非现在出发不可。
qù jīchǎng jiē kèrén, wǒmen fēi xiànzài chūfā bùkě.
We have to leave now to meet the guest at the airport.
有些话非当面说清楚不可，发消息不够。
yǒuxiē huà fēi dāngmiàn shuō qīngchu bùkě, fā xiāoxi búgòu.
Some things have to be said face to face; a message isn’t enough.
为了按时交稿，我们今晚非加班不可。
wèile ànshí jiāogǎo, wǒmen jīnwǎn fēi jiābān bùkě.
To meet the deadline, we absolutely have to work overtime tonight.

非 comes before the required action or person, and 不可 closes the frame. To make someone necessary, use 非 + person + 不可, as in 这事非他不行.
