Either Way Works 也好
When you’re choosing between two workable plans, put 也好 after each option: 坐地铁也好，打车也好，都能赶上. It means either option is fine. With a single option, 也好 can soften a suggestion: 先休息一下也好, “we may as well rest for a bit.”
坐地铁也好，打车也好，我们都能准时到机场。
zuò dìtiě yěhǎo, dǎchē yěhǎo, wǒmen dōu néng zhǔnshí dào jīchǎng.
Whether we take the subway or a taxi, we can still get to the airport on time.
今天出发也好，明天出发也好，你先看一下天气预报。
jīntiān chūfā yěhǎo, míngtiān chūfā yěhǎo, nǐ xiān kàn yíxià tiānqì yùbào.
Whether you leave today or tomorrow, check the weather forecast first.
你想先吃饭也好，先休息也好，我都可以等你。
nǐ xiǎng xiān chīfàn yěhǎo, xiān xiūxi yěhǎo, wǒ dōu kěyǐ děng nǐ.

今天太晚了，先住一晚也好，明早再继续赶路。
jīntiān tài wǎn le, xiān zhù yì wǎn yěhǎo, míngzǎo zài jìxù gǎnlù.
It’s too late today; we may as well stay one night and continue the trip tomorrow morning.

In the paired pattern X也好，Y也好, both choices are acceptable; 都 often introduces the shared result. In a sentence like 先休息一下也好, 也好 makes one suggestion sound like a reasonable option.
