The team changed the schedule, which made the launch possible; they added one more reason, and once the approval came in, the work began. 从而 introduces a consequence, 加上 adds another point, 完了 can move the story to what follows an action, and 一旦 sets up a condition whose result comes next.
他认真学习，从而提高了成绩。
tā rènzhēn xuéxí， cóng ér tígāo le chéngjì。
He studied hard and thereby improved his grades.

qǐng zài míngdān shàng jiāshàng wǒ de míngzi。
