A Word About It 话

话是这么说,不过我们还是得想个办法 (“That’s true, but we still need a plan”). The phrase grants the other person’s point before adding a qualification. 看/瞧你那样 turns attention to someone’s appearance or behaviour; depending on the relationship and voice, it can sound affectionate, teasing, or disapproving.
