Forget It 算了
“So you’re saying the venue is closed. 算了, let’s go somewhere else.” 就是说 and 这就是说 restate or clarify a point; 算了 lets the speaker drop a plan or complaint. Depending on the moment, it can sound resigned, forgiving, or simply practical.
要是卖完了，就算了。
yàoshi mài wán le, jiù suàn le.
If it is sold out, never mind.
这就是说，他很忙。
zhè jiù shì shuō, tā hěn máng.
In other words, he is busy.
今天不能去，也就是说，我们得改天再去。
jīntiān bù néng qù, yě jiùshì shuō, wǒmen děi gǎitiān zài qù.
We cannot go today; that is to say, we will have to go another day.
