Say It, Ask It, Request It 请
At the classroom door, you can say who you are, ask where to sit, and invite someone in. The sentence shape changes with your goal: 吗 asks for yes or no, question words stay where the answer belongs, and 请 makes a request polite. The examples take you through each move.
