No Matter What They Say 别管...都...
Your friends keep checking the weather before deciding whether to go camping. You tell them the plan won’t change: “Whatever the weather, we’re going.” 别管……都…… and 任……也…… introduce a condition that does not affect the result.
别管天气怎么样，我们都按计划出发。
biéguǎn tiānqì zěnmeyàng, wǒmen dōu àn jìhuà chūfā.
Whatever the weather is like, we’ll set off as planned.
别管他同不同意，我都要把事实告诉他。
biéguǎn tā tóng bù tóngyì, wǒ dōu yào bǎ shìshí gàosu tā.
Whether he agrees or not, I’m going to tell him the facts.
任你怎么解释，我也不会改变主意。
rèn nǐ zěnme jiěshì, wǒ yě bú huì gǎibiàn zhǔyi.
No matter how you explain it, I won’t change my mind.
任谁来劝，他也不肯道歉。
rèn shéi lái quàn, tā yě bù kěn dàoqiàn.
No matter who tries to persuade him, he won’t apologize.

别管 is followed by the condition or question that does not matter; 都 introduces the unchanged result. 任 can introduce a person or an open question such as 怎么, followed by 也 in the main clause.
