The notice says the results will be announced Friday; a review cites the evidence behind its recommendation. 将 is a formal written way to put an object before its verb; 凭 and 依据 introduce the basis someone relies on. Their neighbors tell you whether the phrase is being acted on or justifying an action.
三月十五日将是我上学的最后一天。
