The neighborhood is quiet, though a train rolls past from time to time. The shop is still open, as it has been for years, and a new one is about to open next door. 不时/偶尔 mark occasional events; 将/将要 look ahead; 仍旧、依旧, and 一向 describe what continues.
我不时地觉得难过。
wǒ bùshí de juéde nánguò。
I feel sad every now and then.
